How to operate when client receive email confirmation letter for account opening and Login information letter for online trading system?
When client receives confirmation letter for account opening and login information letter for online trading system, he/she can login our trading system, input account number and password according to instruction. When successful login for the first time, client will be asked to change initial password. After completion, client can trade and check account balance through our online trading system.
What to do when client forget online trading password?

Client can send instruction to settlement@innovationsec.com through his/her registered email address. After check client’s identity, we will send new trading password to client’s registered email address as soon as possible.

Client can call our customer service hotline: 00852 3105 9995. After check client’s identity, we will send new trading password to client’s registered email address as soon as possible.
- Go to our webpage trading system through www.innovationsec.com
- Click on ”Reset Password”
- Fill in identity information (must consistent with account opening documents) and click on “Reset Password”, new trading password will be sent to client’s registered email address.

3. When client is placing order through online trading system, what to do if the system suddenly crash or electricity being switched off?
To avoid duplication of order, client should contact our sales trader at 00852 3105 1088 or client’s account manager to check latest transactions.
4. After place order through online trading system, could I use other methods such as telephone to change or cancel order?
