• Client can withdraw funds by telephone, email, fax or filling in “Fund Withdraw Instruction” Form.
• Launch withdraw notification to Innovation Securities:
  • Launch withdraw notification by call +852 3105 9995 or email: : settlement@innovationsec.com, or fax: +852 3105 1186 to INNS.
  • Launch withdraw notification through TDX online trading terminal.
    
  • Launch withdraw notification through mobile app trading terminal.
  • Launch withdraw notification through webpage trading platform.
    

After receiving fund withdraw notification, INNS will deposit funds into client’s appointed bank account by check.

If client’s settlement bank is not established in Hong Kong, INNS will remit the funds to client’s account, INNS do not take any charge, charges taken by bank will be deducted directly from amount of remittance.

Please remind:
*Bank account must have same name with securities account. Withdraw funds to another person’s bank account is not supported.
*Funds need clearing and settlement with Exchange, settlement time are T+2 for Hong Kong stocks, and T+3 for US stocks, please enter into funds withdraw page to check withdrawable funds.
*The working hour for INNS to process fund withdraw request is 9:00-15:00 working day.
