What kind of documents do I need for opening account?
Individual/ Joint Account
- China ID Card (Non-Group Account) or;
- China ID Card (Group Account)+Address Proof or;
- China temp ID Card (within 3 months) +Address Proof or;
- Hong Kong ID Card + Address Proof or;
- Passport + Address Proof
Corporate Client:
- Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate
- Certified true copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
- HKID Card or passport copies of all authorized persons and directors
- Certified true copy of Register of Directors
- Certified true copy of Register of Shares/Members
- Board Minutes specifying the signing arrangements of account
- Latest Financial Reports
- Directors Guarantee
- Address Proof within 3 months
